LUKÁŠ BAŘÁK has been represented by Nachtigall Artists since July 2017. He made his performance at the charming gothic-renaissance New Town City Hall on 4th September 2017 alongside Petr Nekoranec and Boris Prýgl. He convinced the audience that he stands at the beginning of an outstanding career. This time, he will be a host of the concert and will invite his colleagues from our ally-opera studios: tenor PETR NEKORANEC, mezzo-soprano ARNHEIDUR EIRIKSDOTTIR and soprano KRISTÝNA KŮSTKOVÁ. They are all prize-winners of prestigious competitions and have scored first successes on the opera stages.
Lukáš graduated from the Academy of Music on Prague at the class of Ivan Kusnjer, and he also expanded his vocal training at masterclasses of Adam Plachetka, Renato Bruson and Regina Köbler. In the fall of 2014 he made his debut at the South-Bohemian Theatre in České Budějovice as the title character of Le nozze di Figaro and he received nomination for the Thalia Award. In the most recent years, he introduced himself as Masetto (Don Giovanni) at the Estates Theatre, Prague, and Papageno (Die Zauberflöte) at F. X. Šalda Theatre in Liberec and the opera house in Daegu, Korea. He also assumes smaller roles at the National Theatre Prague and Ostrava. He is currently studying at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst, Vienna.
