Zdislava BočkováSoprano Zdislava Bočková graduated from the Conservatoire Brno in the class of Jarmila Janíčková and Janáček Academy of Music in Brno under the leadership of Natália Romanová-Achaladze. She participated at masterclasses of Edda Moser, Edith Lienbacher, Angelika Kirchschlager, Luciana D’Intino and Claudio Desderi. She is currently studying with coach Massimiliano Murrali from the Bavarian State Opera in Munich. Lada is a laureate of several international competitions including Antonín Dvořák International Singing Competition in Karlovy Vary, The Competition of Bohuslav Martinů Foundation and The Czech Philharmonic Competition in Prague, Il Trofeo La Fenice, Premio Boni and Concorso Comunità Europea per Giovani Cantanti Lirici in Italy, Otto Edelmann International Singing Competition in Vienna, and she is a semifinalist of Hans Gabor Belvedere Singing Competition 2018.

At Janáček Academy of Music Chamber Opera she performed as Esmeralda (Smetana: The Bartered Bride), Euridice (Gluck: Orfeo ed Euridice), Zerlina (Mozart: Don Giovanni) and Vixen (Janáček: The Cunning Little Vixen). In 2017/2018 season, she became a member of Opera Studio Teatro Lirico Sperimentale in Spoleto, where she performed as Dorina (Sarri: L'impressario delle Canarie), Frasquita (Bizet: Carmen), Clorinda (Rossini: La Cenerentola) and Violetta (Verdi: La traviata). At the Teatro La Fenice in Venice she debuted as Olga (Lehár: Die lustige Witwe). In the near future, she will debut as Despina (Mozart: Così fan tutte) at the Slovak National Theatre in Bratislava and as Violetta at Mythos Opera Festival in Sicily. In 2019/2020, she will become a member of the Opéra de Lyon studio. Since 2018, she has guest appeared at the National Theatre Brno, where she has sung Princess (Jiří Teml: Puss in Boots), Smetana’s Esmeralda and Bizet’s Frasquita. Lada has also performed at prestigious festivals such as Smetana Litomyšl, Janáček Brno, Janáček Ostrava, iSING International Young Artist Festival and Youth Arts Festival in China, Rassegna Internazionale di Musica Sacra, Festival dei Due Mondi and Festival delle Nazioni in Italy.
