Petr Altrichter is the winner of conducting competition in Besançon and he is also a remarkable Czech conductor with international renown. He used to work as the Chief-conductor of the Prague Symphony Orchestra, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, Südwestdeutsche Philharmonie in Konstanz and Brno Philharmonic Orchestra. Petr Altrichter also conducts orchestras around the world (Berlin Symphony Orchestra, London Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC Symphony Orchestra, Japan Symphony Orchestra, etc.) and is a regular guest at international prestigious festivals. He also often conducts orchestras in Great Britain where he works as an ambassador of Czech music.
