This information concerns the processing of personal data on the website www.nachtigallartists.cz, whose controller is the company Nachtigall Artists Management, s.r.o., ID No.: 26431017, with its registered office at Čerchovská 6, Prague 2, Postal Code 120 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 81680 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"). 1. Newsletter

We process the personal data you provide – your email address – exclusively for the purpose of sending our newsletter (hereinafter referred to as the "Newsletter"). The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent granted via the form on this page (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

We retain your email address for the duration of your Newsletter subscription. For managing subscriptions and sending, we use our own internal system (CMS). You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link contained in every email sent. Upon unsubscribing, your email address will be promptly deleted from our databases.

2. Technical Data and Spam Protection

To protect web forms (including the newsletter sign-up form) from unwanted automated submissions (spam), we temporarily record and evaluate the IP address of the device from which a submission attempt is made. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in securing our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recorded IP addresses are automatically deleted after 7 days. A standalone IP address is not considered personal data for us, as we cannot associate it with a specific individual without the assistance of the internet service provider.

Anonymous Traffic Data: Other technical data about your visit to our website (such as browser type, operating system, or traffic source) is collected only if you consent to analytical cookies, via the Google Analytics service. This data is anonymized and cannot be linked to you.

3. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and other tracking technologies. We use these technologies on different legal bases:

• Essential cookies (e.g., for remembering your cookie consent choice) are used based on our legitimate interest in providing the basic functionality of the website you have requested (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

In this case, all included tools are activated. If you consent to only one category, GTM and the associated tools do not run.

Note on Ticket Sales: Ticket sales for our concerts are facilitated by the company Enigoo s.r.o., ID No. 08750823, with its registered office at Hlaváčova 207, 530 02 Pardubice. The entire purchase process takes place directly on the website www.enigoo.cz. The full responsibility for processing personal data in connection with ticket purchases (name, email, payment details) lies with Enigoo in accordance with its own privacy policy.

5. Your Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights vis-à-vis us as the controller:

• The right of access to your personal data,
• The right to rectification of inaccurate data,
• The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), if there is no legal reason for further processing,
• The right to restriction of processing under conditions set by law,
• The right to data portability,
• The right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

If you believe that the processing of your data is in breach of the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

Given that we only process your email address for sending the Newsletter, the rights to erasure, rectification, and restriction of processing are most commonly and easily exercised by unsubscribing from the Newsletter using the link in every email.
