Personal data are processed by us for the purpose of distributing the newsletter / newsletter (hereafter "newsletter").
We process only one Personal Data: your email address, solely for the purpose of newsletter distribution. Our site also uses cookies, but we use them only to verify that the New User newsletter login form was not filled in automatically. We do not use any services to analyze and track our users. The e-mail address and cookies are referred to as "Personal Data" in the text.
No third party will be able to access my Personal Data without my additional consent or legal obligation. Personal Data is encrypted whilst being stored in our database, so the data cannot be obtained just by looking into the database.
This consent is granted for an indefinite period, but at the latest until the withdrawal of this consent, which can be done at any time by withdrawing from the newsletter of Nachtigall Artists Management. Once you have opted out of our Newsletter, Personal Data is immediately removed from our database. The Personal Data of users who have previously opted out of our Newsletter has been removed and is no longer being stored.
This agreement does not apply to the processing of personal data kept by e-shop on our web pages, which is operated by Ticketstream s.r.o. (ID number 26695944, hereinafter "Ticketstream"). Consent to the processing of personal data when purchasing tickets to our concerts will be requested before completing the purchase at the Ticketstream e-shop. We have no liability for the personal data stored by Ticketstream. Ticketstream Privacy Policy is listed on this page.
Our website uses retroversion technology from Sklik operated by Seznam.cz, a.s. This allows us to show visitors who have already shown interest in our products our ads on the Seznam.cz ad network, a.s.
