Rolando Villazón
Smetana hall at Prague's Municipal House
Rolando Villazón se vrátí do Prahy! Po fantastickém koncertě 13. 4. 2012, kdy v unikátním programu sestaveném z málo známých písní italského bel canta strhl zcela přeplněnou Smetanovu síň k bouřlivým ovacím, nás tentokrát zavede do magického světa oper Giuseppa Verdiho. Během posledních několika let se Rolando Villazón vydal po mnohých hudebních cestách. Populární tenorista nahrál album mexických lidových písní, objevil pro sebe barokní hudbu Claudia Monteverdiho; nicméně tento program jej vrátí zpět k jeho uměleckým kořenům. Villazón a Verdi – věru klasické spojení! A jeho publikum to jistě ocení. Mexický tenorista a operní mega-star se rozhodl vzdát poctu jednomu z největších operních skladatelů všech dob Giuseppe Verdimu mimo jiné i díky dvousetletému výročí tohoto italského génia. Na Rolandově velikém turné zazní nejpopulárnější árie Verdiho oper a tímto turné sezónu zároveň uzavře. Za svůj doprovodný orchestr si tentokrát vybral Český národní symfonický orchestr a mimo Prahy spolu vystoupí i v Hamburku, Paříži, Frankfurtu, Ženevě, Aix-en-Provence, Berlíně, Vídni, Amsterdamu, Stuttgartu, Norimberku, Baden-Badenu, Toulous a v Barceloně.
